Free on the App Store. Install it, then sign in with the email your accountant used to invite you.

Tap Get — the App Store installs it.
Open ZenFirm and sign in with your invitation email.
Allow notifications, so you know the moment we need something.

Android

Download the app directly from us. Android asks you to confirm the install — that is the normal flow for an app distributed outside the Play Store.

Open the downloaded file zenfirm.apk (notification bar or the Files app).
If asked, tap Settings, allow installs from this source, then Install.
Sign in with your invitation email and allow notifications.

Trouble signing in?

Use the exact email address your accountant invited. If you have not set a password yet, open the invitation email and tap Activate my account — or just ask us in the portal.
